1. Aims of the process

In particular, all the technical, IT, organisational, logistic and procedural security measures will be implemented, as envisaged by Legislative Decree 196/2003 and "Annex B" to the same decree, in order to guarantee the minimum level of protection of the data envisaged by the law.
